How can I reach Hasta La Vista Baby?
During office hours, you can reach us by phone and email. On weekends, phone support is available from 3pm onwards. Please note that we may not always be able to answer calls during service. We appreciate your understanding.
Is there a dress code?
While we don’t have a strict dress code, we encourage our guests to dress smartly for the occasion. Our aim is for you to feel comfortable and confident while enjoying Mediterranean cuisine in our sophisticated atmosphere.
Payment Method
Whenever you visit us, please keep in mind that we are a cashless venue.
We do accept any type of card payment.
Is there a gift card option available for purchase?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift cards for purchase.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed at Hasta La Vista Baby!.
Do you have any special decorations for birthdays?
While we don’t have special birthday decorations, we can arrange birthday decorations on our signature desserts upon request.
Can I bring my own birthday cake?
Please note that bringing your own birthday cake is not possible.
Can Hasta La Vista Baby! accommodate guests with mobility issues or disabilities?
Yes, we strive to make our restaurant accessible and welcoming to all guests. Our venue features an elevator to comfortably accommodate guests with mobility issues or disabilities.

Reservations
How can I make a reservation?
Reservations up to 8 people can only be made through the reservation tool on our website, up to one month in advance.
We have three special menus, variating from 3/4/5 courses: the Experience Menu for €59, the Royal Menu for €79, and the La Reina Menu for €99. All are full of tasteful dishes and are served with style at your table. Along with these, we have a great selection of wines to make your meal even more enjoyable.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
At Hasta La Vista Baby!, we require a deposit of €25,- for dinner and €10,- for drinks per person. This amount will be deducted from your final receipt at check-in.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations can be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved time. If you cancel within 24 hours you will not get a refund on your deposit.
How can I make a reservation for a group larger than 8 people?
Visit our website to explore available options and submit your request using the request tool. If you need more information, feel free to reach out. We’re here to assist you.
Can I visit the venue without a reservation?
We recommend booking in advance to ensure the best seating and a fantastic Hasta La Vista Baby! experience.
Booking ahead allows us to provide you with optimal service. If you decide to walk in without a reservation, availability may not be guaranteed.
Menu
Do you serve Classic Cocktails/Mocktails?
We serve almost all of the Classic Cocktails & Mocktails, as long as we have the ingredients available. But our professional Bar Team is very proud to present a signature cocktail/mocktail menu that was envisioned to take our guests into a travel discovery through Mediterranean tales. You can learn more about them by tasting these amazing creations and request the story-telling behind each one of them.
Do you have vegetarian options or pescatarian?
Certainly! We are pleased to offer a variety of vegetarian and pescatarian dishes. Our chefs have created delicious dishes that cater to most dietary needs and preferences. Please inform us in advance if you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What is the kitchen’s closing time?
The kitchen is accepting the last call (for a la carte) at 22:30 and is closing at 23:00, allowing you plenty of time to enjoy our delicious Mediterranean cuisine.
Do you have group menus?
Yes, we do offer group menus for parties of 9 or more. For details on our menus or to plan a reservation, email us at events@hastalavista.baby. Or use the request tool on our website to explore options and submit a request.
Is there a children's menu available?
While we don’t have a dedicated children's menu, families are welcome! Our staff is happy to suggest menu items that are suitable for children.
Do you serve halal food?
Halal options are not standard on our menu, but for events, we’re happy to create a custom menu that includes halal choices. Please make a special halal request in advance to ensure a tailored dining experience.

Does Hasta La Vista Baby! have outdoor seating available?
We do not have outdoor seating available. Nevertheless, our expansive windows offer panoramic views of Amsterdam, creating a bright and airy ambiance within the venue.
Where should I park when visiting Hasta La Vista Baby!?
Although we don't have onsite parking, there is a ParkBee parking garage just around the corner. An elevator from the parking garage directly connects to the hotel lobby. Please follow the sign saying “INNSiDE By Melia”.
We suggest using this parking facility for your convenience.
How do I reach Hasta La Vista Baby! with public transport?
Getting to Hasta La Vista Baby! by public transport is easy and convenient. Our restaurant is located just 200 meters from the Amsterdam Zuid train and metro station.
Directions:
From Amsterdam Zuid station:
It will only take you around 2 minutes to reach Hasta La Vista Baby from the station. Simply exit the station at Zuidplein, take a right, and walk for 200 meters to reach the hotel Innside by Melia. We're located inside the hotel, so simply walk in, take the elevators to the 19th floor and here you are!
From Amsterdam Central station:
You can take metro line 52 in the direction of "Zuid" directly to Amsterdam Zuid Station. It will take around 11 minutes to reach the station. Once you arrive, exit the station at Zuidplein, take a right, and walk for 200 meters to reach hotel Innside by Melia. We're located inside the hotel, so simply walk in, take the elevators to the 19th floor and here you are!
From Amsterdam Amstel station: Take metro line 51 in the direction of "Sloterdijk" directly to Amsterdam Zuid Station. It will take around 8 minutes to reach the station. Once you arrive, exit the station at Zuidplein, take a right, and walk for 200 meters to reach hotel Innside by Melia. We're located inside the hotel, so simply walk in, take the elevators to the 19th floor and here you are!

We offer various promotions and discounts throughout the year, so please check our website, or contact us directly to inquire about any current offers. Additionally, hotel guests may receive special perks and discounts, so be sure to let us know if you are staying in the hotel.
Is there a room service option available for hotel guests?
Certainly! The hotel provides room service for their guests, sourced from Tierra, the lobby restaurant.
To make an order, simply use the QR-code on your room's TV screen. Indulge in the Mediterranean cuisine from the convenience of your room, all while enjoying breathtaking city views.
